1. Identification

SZ AL JAMAL (szaljamal.com) is operated by a company incorporated under Moroccan law, headquartered in Rabat, Morocco. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD), VAT included.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time; confirmed orders are not affected.
• Product images are for illustration purposes; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery and PayPal.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, with a full refund.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is available throughout Morocco.
• Typical delivery time: 2–5 business days from confirmation.
• Free shipping on orders above 300 MAD.
• We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (strikes, weather, etc.).

5. Returns & Refunds

• Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, images, text) is the exclusive property of SZ AL JAMAL, protected under Moroccan Law 2-00-69 on copyright. Any reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, Moroccan courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, following an attempt at amicable settlement.
