Returns & Exchanges Policy

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original undamaged packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.

• Opened cosmetics & beauty products — for hygiene and safety reasons, any cosmetic product that has been opened cannot be returned, unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
• Items purchased at a discounted price or marked as final sale.
• Gift cards.

2. 2We will respond within 2 business days to approve your request and provide shipping instructions.

4. 4Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

• Defective or incorrectly shipped items: SZ AL JAMAL covers all return shipping costs.
• All other returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• The refund will be issued via the original payment method (PayPal or Cash on Delivery).
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

• Defective or damaged items received.
• Wrong item shipped.
